I wish all races could have access to all clothes and hairstyles. I would really like to have a Caldari jacket. This brown Gallente one is the only one I like out of the ones available. |

Yeah, I'm not a fan of the fact that the portraits rendered by the server don't use physically simulated hair. I've been wondering on how that could be corrected and how much it would stress the server. Probably too much for it to be worthwhile. Oh well, I guess it's not such a big deal anyway. |

Yeah, I hate the lighting options. It would be nice if there was a single point source you could manipulate. A lot of improvements could be made to the portrait feature. Someday, I guess. Anyway, I like your avatar a lot. Hair color and background match, and I like thuggish looking characters. One of the better looking rooster-head avatars I've seen. 
I think it's funny that you have a "capsuleer" look in mind, when we're all just designer clones anyway.

That shirt meshes pretty well with the tattoo and Phanca arm. Pose and lighting are nice, but you're squinting way too hard. You look like you're trying to prevent light from hitting your eyes. Some minor adjustments could allow for a truly menacing appearance.
I think an SPZ-3 would look good on you, but it's not like you need it or anything.

Great combination of color between attire and background. Lighting and pose are nice. Face tattoo in combination with the SPZ-3 is very cool looking. Someone mentioned that you look like a cross between a hero and a villain. I can agree with that.

With that skin tone, your character looks as though they might have Middle Eastern or South Asian origins. The eyes, hair, and attire come together well to reinforce this impression. The red lipstick looks good on you, and I have to give you credit for making it so that your hair isn't clipping into your character's model like crazy, as that hairstyle can be difficult to work with. The background is nice as well.

Some rotation would bring your features out a bit more. A fair amount of shadow hides that pretty face. Perhaps you are one who prefers the shadows, however.

@Avio Yaken: Nice update on the background. Your off-center positioning is a little awkward looking. That patch of shadow on your collar and neck detracts from the quality of your portrait as well. Furthermore, I think there's too much shade on your eyes. Tinker with the lighting, and you can make it work.
I think you would look good with one of those gray synthetic eyes. Overall though, you look pretty great. If Uriel is the Jovian supervillain here, then you may certainly fit as the Caldari one.

Agreed on the negative shapes. That black and gold dress is pretty much the only thing I like from the New Eden Store, but it frequently captures with some weird lighting issue.

I really hate how your right eyebrow clips off, but that is more of an issue with how assets are rendered. The background is good, as it fits that Jovian theme you strive for. I'll bet you would kill for a Jovian 'Marshal' jacket.
